Live Case Tracking
It is now easier to find out where your conveyancing matter is at with our unique Online Tracking System. Every Client who uses KRG Conveyancing for a purchase or sale of a property gets a password and user name which will allow you to login to our Online Tracking System. Once you have logged in you will be able to view a live report which shows your matter/s progress and any comments your conveyancer has.
Below is a sample Sales Report. This report will list your conveyancers details, your client information and property information, then the status and comments on the progress of your matter. This online tracking report is live, meaning when a step has been completed in your conveyancing matter it will automatically show in your Tracking Report. We also send you SMS's and emails to keep you updated at all times, 24/7!
Status
Once the stage is complete, your File Manager will let you know by showing a tick symbol.
Comments
You can read the comments left by your File Manager as each stage is completed, by clicking the Comments button.
