Why choose KRG Conveyancing?
The conveyancing industry is a highly competitive market place. As a consumer you are often overwhelmed with choices that are not black and white. Hopefully we can provide some clarity in respect of which Conveyancer to use.
Ethical transparent pricing
We provide upfront conveyancing quotes and we stand by them. Many of our competitors offer all-exclusive pricing, meaning that you are offered an appealing and low-cost quote only to be rudely surprised to see this excludes GST, outlays & expenses and variations to key dates. You might even see that the phone call you made to your conveyancing solicitor to follow them up on their delays is being charged back to you! Not at KRG, our quotes are all-inclusive fixed fair fee. It is how we built our business. See our guide on comparing conveyancing fees and pricing.
Over many years of handling conveyancing for our clients, we see that approximately 18% of contracts are terminated due to finance or building & pest inspection issues. We act for many clients who lose a contract through no fault of their own, particularly when selling. Buyers just may not be able to secure suitable finance or they find an issue with the property that you may not have been aware of. We won’t charge you any professional fee for this. We just hope that you will use us again next time! Sounds fair right? Many of our competitors charge part or all of their fees.
Good systems – The key to providing efficient and reliable conveyancing is a firm’s systems. The core of our systems have been tried and tested for over a decade. We know what works and we know how to deliver what we have promised. Even if unusual complexities arise, we have seen them before and we know the best practice.
Our relationships We have built genuine relationships with key industry participants such as banks, settlement agents and government departments such as Land Titles and Office of State Revenue. We can make things happen where others can’t. This makes our job easier and allows your Conveyance to proceed where it may normally be hindered.
These are the glaring benefits and there are many more. Do our competitors offer them? Some may offer part of what we can, but no one else is the complete package.
