Buying and selling property are important financial transactions which may increase the need for you to have an up-to-date Will. For that reason, KRG Conveyancing offers its existing clients a simple, low-cost, streamlined Will making service.
We have seen first-hand how difficult it can be for loved ones when a person dies without a Will. Often this involves a lengthy court process to determine how your assets should be distributed. There is no doubt that leaving a clear Will can save time, money and undue stress during what is likely to be a traumatic time for your family.
Your Will should also be updated following significant life events such as marriage, divorce and birth of children.
In addition, you should also consider preparing an Enduring Power of Attorney. This document allows a person you trust to make financial and health decisions on your behalf should you become incapable of managing your own affairs. For example, most banks require this document should you lose capacity and need another person to operate a bank account on your behalf.
Our fees for the preparation of a Will and Enduring Power of Attorney are:-
- Standard Will $165.00 (incl GST)
- Standard Will & Enduring Power of Attorney Package $198 (incl GST)
